Originally conceived for the Hendrickson’s Cafeteria in the St. Louis area in the early 1930s, Hendrickson’s Original Sweet Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing has been made by four generations of the Hendrickson family. The Classic Italian Dressing, which contains 80% less sugar and 25% less salt than the Original, was eventually added to the product line.
Both varieties are available in many grocery stores throughout the Midwest and beyond. They can be ordered online and shipped directly to your home via UPS (Alaska and Hawaii orders are taken by phone only and require extra shipping charges.)
