Prock Signs and Graphics
Description
In the 1980s, Dennis Prock owned five convenience stores in the Missouri Ozarks. He became frustrated by the convoluted process of coordinating with contractors, cabinet shops, refrigeration companies, and equipment manufacturers in order to outfit his c-stores, in addition to the merchandise vendors that kept the stores stocked with goods. Most of the manufacturers did not understand the unique convenience store needs (like extra width for their countertops). Finally, Dennis took matters into his own hands and created a company that could outfit an entire c-store with everything needed before the merchandise arrived.
