Bold Spoon began in May of 2020 in a shared commercial kitchen in St. Louis City. In May of 2021, Bold Spoon moved to the Bold Spoon Farm, in Park Hills. On the farm, they have gardens right outside of Bold Spoon’s kitchen that supply fruit and herbs for their ice cream. A true Farm to Bowl ice cream.
